What gets deleted?
Your deletion request permanently removes:
- Your account and login credentials
- Profile information (name, email, phone number, addresses)
- Saved payment methods stored in your account
- Wishlists, saved items, and cart data
- Messages and reviews you’ve posted
- Seller profile and store details (if applicable)
What isn’t deleted?
Some records must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, including:
- Invoices and order/payment records required by law
- Compliance, regulatory, and audit records
- Anonymized data that can no longer identify you
How long does deletion take?
Once your request is submitted, we’ll process it within 30 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your account has been permanently deleted
