This article explains exactly what you receive in a ghost produced track package on The Ghost Production.
Each purchase includes all essential production files and legal documents that give you full ownership of the track.
Every track is sold only once — guaranteeing complete exclusivity and permanent rights transfer to the buyer.

1. Audio Files

Each ghost produced track package includes:

• Mastered version (WAV + MP3): The polished, release-ready version optimized for streaming platforms.
• Unmastered version (WAV + MP3): For labels or engineers who prefer custom mastering; exported with at least -3 dB of headroom.
• Instrumental version: Included for vocal tracks in both mastered and unmastered formats.

2. Stems and MIDI

• Full stem pack: Every element of the production separated — drums, bass, synths, vocals, FX, and atmospheres — giving you complete control for mixing or remixing.
• MIDI files: Contain melodies, chords, and basslines so you can analyze or modify musical ideas in any DAW.

These files are ideal for learning from the production or adjusting parts of the track to fit your style.

3. Project File

Many ghost produced tracks include the original project file created in the producer’s DAW (FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, etc.).
Opening the project file allows you to study every layer, automation, and plugin setting used in the track.

Project files are included only when specified on the track’s product page.

4. Track Agreement

Every purchase includes:

• Track agreement: One document, the Exclusive Track Assignment and Confidentiality Agreement. It transfers the rights in the track to you, the buyer.
• Confidentiality: Part of the same agreement, there is no separate NDA file. The producer may not reveal or reuse the track.

The agreement confirms that the track is exclusive and legally yours to release under your artist name. Producers sign it electronically when they submit a track and you sign at checkout. Tracks listed before electronic signing started come with the earlier licence agreement until their producer has signed.

5. Optional Extras

Some producers include additional materials in the ghost produced track package, such as:

• Cover artwork (1080 × 1080 px)
• Alternate mixdowns or extended edits
• Presets or mastering chain templates
