Overview

How to Buy a Track on The Ghost Production is simple, secure, and fully exclusive.
Every track is sold only once and includes complete ownership rights, so you can release it under your own artist name on any platform.

Step 1 – Browse Tracks

Visit the Tracks page.
Use filters to narrow down by genre, BPM, key, or price.
Each listing includes:

  • A high-quality preview
  • Genre, BPM, and key
  • Details about included files (stems, project file, vocals, etc.)
  • Information on the DAW version and plugins used

Step 2 – Review Track Information

Before buying, review all details carefully:

  • Files Included: Mastered and unmastered versions, stems, MIDI, and project file (if specified)
  • Rights Transfer: Full ownership under one agreement that also covers confidentiality. Use the Preview agreement button on the track page to read it
  • Vocal Information: Whether the track includes vocals or is instrumental

Step 3 – Add to Cart and Checkout

Click Add to Cart on any track you wish to buy.
You can add multiple tracks to your cart and proceed to checkout when ready.
At checkout you tick the agreement box. Together with placing the order, this is your electronic signature of the track agreement for each track in the order.
Supported payment methods include PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit or debit card, and other available regional options.

Step 4 – Complete Payment

Once payment is confirmed, the track is automatically marked as Sold and removed from the marketplace.
This guarantees that no one else can purchase or reuse the same track.

Step 5 – Download Your Files

After checkout, go to your Account → Downloads page.
There you’ll find the track agreement (PDF) and a ZIP package containing:

  • Mastered and unmastered versions (WAV + MP3)
  • Stems and MIDI
  • Project file (if included)
  • Instrumental version (if the track includes vocals)

All downloads are available permanently from your account.

Step 6 – Release Your Track

You now own full exclusive rights.
You can:

  • Release the track on Spotify, Beatport, Apple Music, or any other platform
  • Rename it before release
  • Keep 100% of the royalties
  • Use it in DJ sets, live shows, or videos

Notes

  • All sales are final once completed.
  • Each purchase includes a full rights transfer confirming your legal ownership.
  • If a file is missing or a download fails, you can re-download it anytime or contact Support.
