Overview
After purchasing a track on The Ghost Production, you gain instant access to all included files and documents.
This guide explains how to locate your downloads, what’s included in the package, and where to find your invoice and rights transfer agreement.
1. Accessing Your Download Page
Once your payment is complete, you can access your files immediately.
Option 1: On the checkout confirmation page, click “Download Files.”
Option 2: Anytime later, log in to theghostproduction.com/my-account/ and go to Downloads from the dashboard menu.
Your purchased track(s) will always remain visible and downloadable in your account.
2. Downloading Your Files
Each track includes a ZIP package containing:
- Mastered and unmastered versions (WAV + MP3)
- Stems and MIDI files
- Project file (if included)
- Instrumental versions (for vocal tracks)
Click the “Download” button next to the track title to begin.
All files are securely hosted on high-speed servers for fast and reliable delivery.
3. What’s Inside the ZIP Package
After downloading, extract the ZIP file to access neatly organized folders such as:
/Mastered//Unmastered//Stems//MIDI//Project File/
Each folder is clearly labeled for quick navigation and easy workflow integration in your DAW.
4. Rights Transfer Agreement and Invoice
The Rights Transfer Agreement and Invoice are sent automatically by email along with your order confirmation.
You can also download them anytime from your account:
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Select the specific order
- Download the attached Agreement and Invoice
These documents confirm your full ownership and purchase record for future reference.
5. If Your Download Fails
If your download stops or a file seems missing:
- Return to your Downloads page and click Download again.
- If it still fails, clear your browser cache or try another browser.
- Ensure your internet connection and storage space are sufficient.
- You can re-download your files at any time — access never expires.
If problems continue, contact Support and include your order number.
6. Accessing Files on Mobile
You can also download and extract files on mobile devices.
Tips for best performance:
- Use Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android).
- Extract the ZIP file using your device’s file manager or a free unzip app.
- Move files to a cloud drive (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) for easier use later.
Notes
- All downloads remain permanently available in your account.
- Each sale is exclusive and linked to your personal account.
- Your invoice and rights transfer agreement can always be re-downloaded from your Orders section.
