Overview
Every Custom Service order on The Ghost Production goes through several stages — from payment to final delivery.
Each order status represents a specific part of the process and helps you understand where your project currently stands and what to expect next.
1. Pending Payment
Your order has been created but payment is not yet complete.
What it means:
- The platform is waiting for your 30 % deposit payment.
- Once payment is received, the order automatically moves to In Progress.
Action required:
Complete the payment to start production.
2. In Progress
Your project is now active, and the producer has started working.
What it means:
- The delivery countdown starts immediately once your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
- The producer begins composing, arranging, or mixing your track based on your creative brief.
- You can communicate through the order chat if you have important details to clarify.
Action available:
Wait for your first demo, or send short messages if you need to add small details or references.
3. Demo Ready
Your producer has uploaded the first demo version of your track.
What it means:
- You can play and review the demo directly on your order page.
- You can either approve it or request revisions.
Action available:
- Click “Approve” if you’re satisfied with the demo.
- Click “Request Revision” to submit your feedback via the Revision Form.
4. Revisions Requested
You’ve requested changes, and the producer is now working on your feedback.
What it means:
- The producer is editing and improving the track based on your notes.
- Delivery time may extend slightly while revisions are completed.
Action available:
Wait for the updated version — you’ll receive an email when it’s uploaded.
5. Revision Uploaded
The producer has finished your requested changes and uploaded a new demo version.
What it means:
- You can review the updated track and decide whether to approve it or request another revision.
- If your free revisions are used up, you can still order an extra paid revision.
Action available:
Listen to the new demo and either approve or request further adjustments.
6. Awaiting Final Delivery
You’ve approved the final demo, and the producer is now finalizing your track before delivery.
What it means:
- The producer is finalizing the full project, including mixdown, mastering, arrangement polish, and preparing all deliverables.
- This stage includes exporting all required versions — mastered, unmastered, stems, MIDI, and project files (if applicable).
- The final delivery time is specified by the producer and is visible on your order page.
Action available:
Wait for the producer to finish the final stage — you’ll receive an email notification once your final ZIP package is ready for download.
7. Delivered
Your producer has uploaded the final ZIP package containing all finished files.
What it means:
- Your project is fully completed and ready to download.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s available.
Action available:
Go to My Account → Services Orders → Select Order to download your files.
If everything is correct, confirm completion to close your order.
8. Completed
Your order is finalized and officially closed.
What it means:
- You now have full ownership and rights to your track.
- All files remain accessible anytime from your account.
- The producer cannot make further changes unless you start a new order.
Action available:
Re-download your files whenever needed and use them freely under your ownership.
9. Cancelled
The order has been cancelled before completion.
What it means:
- The project was stopped by either you or the producer.
- The 30 % deposit remains non-refundable once production has started.
- No further work will be delivered under this order.
Action available:
If you believe the cancellation was made in error or you have a valid reason for review, contact support via https://theghostproduction.com/ticket.
10. Order Status Overview
