Overview

Once your custom order on The Ghost Production is completed, your producer will upload the final ZIP package containing all your deliverable files.
This guide explains when and how you’ll receive those files, what’s included in your delivery, and how to re-download them anytime from your account.


1. When You Receive the Final Files

After you’ve approved the demo and paid the final 70 % balance, the producer will upload your final ZIP package.
Once uploaded, your order status changes to Delivered, and you’ll automatically receive an email notification.

You can access and download your files directly from:
👉 My Account → Services Orders → Select Order

Your final files remain available for download anytime, with no expiration on completed orders.


2. Files Included in Your Final Delivery

Depending on the custom service you ordered, your final ZIP package may include:

Unmastered Version (WAV + MP3)The pre-master mixdown version, useful for labels or future mastering.
StemsSeparate audio files for each element (drums, bass, vocals, synths, etc.).
MIDI FilesOriginal melodies, chord progressions, or basslines used in your project.
Project FileThe full DAW project file (if included by the producer).
Instrumental VersionProvided for vocal-based tracks.

All files are delivered in high-quality WAV and 320 kbps MP3 formats unless otherwise specified.


3. File Access and Storage

Your final ZIP package is securely stored and linked to your order.

  • Files are hosted using high-performance cloud storage for reliability and fast download speeds.
  • You can re-download your files anytime directly from My Account → Services Orders.
  • There’s no time limit — completed orders remain permanently accessible.
  • For extra safety, we recommend downloading and storing a personal backup copy.

4. If Files Are Missing or Corrupted

If you notice any issue with your download (missing stems, broken ZIP, or incorrect files):

  1. Go to https://theghostproduction.com/ticket
  2. Submit a Support Ticket under Custom Services.
  3. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.

Our team will verify the problem and re-upload or replace the files as soon as possible.


5. Important Notes

  • Final files become available only after the final payment is completed.
  • Your producer cannot make further changes after the order is marked as Delivered.
  • File access is permanent — you can return anytime to download your completed project.
