Each Custom Service on The Ghost Production has its own delivery times based on the service type and the producer’s schedule.
This article explains when delivery countdown begins, what can affect it, and what to do if your project is delayed.
1. How Delivery Time Is Determined
Delivery time is set individually by each producer when they list their service.
It varies depending on:
- The type of service (Original Track, Remix, Mixing, etc.)
- Project complexity and included features
- The producer’s workload and revision count
Typical delivery ranges:

These estimates are displayed on each producer’s service page.
2. When the Delivery Countdown Begins
The delivery countdown begins immediately once your order is placed and the 30 % deposit payment is confirmed.
Since you provide all project details during checkout (genre, references, BPM, and creative notes), the producer can begin working right away without any delay.
You’ll see your estimated delivery date displayed in your Services Orders dashboard once the order is confirmed.
3. What Can Affect Delivery Time
Delivery times are set carefully but may change slightly depending on:
- The number of revisions you request
- The producer’s current workload or queue
- Optional add-ons (vocals, stems, project files)
- Minor delays in approval or file uploads
If there’s any expected delay, your producer or support team will notify you directly through your order dashboard.
4. How to Check Delivery Progress
You can track your order status anytime:

The order page shows:
- Current order status (In Progress, Demo Ready, Revisions, Delivered)
- Uploaded demos or revised versions
- Delivery countdown and estimated completion date
You’ll also receive email notifications whenever a demo or delivery is uploaded.
5. Late or Missed Deliveries
If the delivery date passes without an update:
- Log in to your Services Orders page and check for new uploads.
- If there’s no response from the producer, you can:
- Send a polite reminder message directly in your order chat, or
- Submit a Support Ticket if the delay continues.

Select Custom Services → Delivery Delay and include your order number.
Our support team will reach out to the producer and ensure your order is completed promptly.
6. Delivery Extensions
In some cases, the producer may request a short extension to finalize your project.
You’ll be notified, and you can approve or decline the extension depending on your timeline.
Extensions are most common when:
- You’ve requested detailed revisions.
- Extra work (like vocals or mixing adjustments) is added mid-order.
- The producer wants to improve quality before final delivery.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once your producer uploads the final ZIP package, the order status changes to Delivered.
You can review your files and confirm completion at any time.
When you approve the final version, the order status updates to Completed, and your files remain available permanently under:

8. If Your Order Is Delayed or Stuck
If your order remains inactive for too long or the producer becomes unresponsive:
- Contact support by creating a ticket at https://theghostproduction.com/ticket.
- Select Custom Services → Delivery Issue and include your order number.
Our team will investigate and take appropriate action to ensure your project is delivered or refunded if necessary.
