Overview

Once your custom project is finished and you’re satisfied with the final demo, the next step is to approve the order.
Approving your order confirms that the work meets your expectations and unlocks the final delivery package from your producer.

This guide explains how to approve your order, complete the payment, and receive your final files instantly.


1. When You Should Approve the Order

Only approve your custom order when:

  • You’ve received the final demo or preview version.
  • All requested revisions are completed.
  • You’re fully satisfied with the result.

Once approved, your project is finalized, and ownership is officially transferred to you after the final payment.


2. How to Approve the Order

To approve your custom service order:

  1. Log in to your account at theghostproduction.com.
  2. Go to My Account → Services Orders → Select Order.
  3. Click the “Approve” button under the latest demo or delivery version.
  4. Confirm approval and proceed to the payment page to complete your remaining 70 % balance.

Once the payment is confirmed, your order status will automatically change to Delivered.


3. What Happens After Approval

After approval and payment:

  • The producer uploads the final ZIP package containing your completed files.
  • You’ll receive an automatic email notification confirming the delivery.
  • You can download all final files anytime under My Account → Services Orders → Select Order.

Your final delivery will include:

  • Mastered and unmastered versions (WAV + MP3)
  • Stems and/or project files (if included in your order)
  • MIDI files (if applicable)
  • Instrumental version (for vocal tracks)

All files are stored securely and available for re-download without expiration.


4. If You’re Not Ready to Approve Yet

If you’re unsure or need more time:

  • Do not click “Approve.”
  • Instead, use the “Request Revision” button to ask for changes through the Revision Form.
  • The producer will update the project and re-upload a new demo.

Never approve an order unless you’re completely satisfied with the final demo.


5. After Finalization

Once your order is approved and finalized:

  • Ownership and rights to the project are automatically transferred to you.
  • The order status changes to Completed.
  • You can re-download files anytime from your account.

After this stage, refunds are no longer possible, as the project is considered fully delivered and owned by you.


6. If You Experience a Problem After Approval

If something goes wrong after approval (e.g., missing files, wrong delivery, or corrupted ZIP):

  1. Go to https://theghostproduction.com/ticket.
  2. Select Custom Services → Delivery Issue.
  3. Include your order number and describe the issue.

Our support team will verify and ensure you receive the correct files or replacement as soon as possible.
