AI Vocals and Royalty-Free Samples Policy (Custom Services)

Overview

To maintain quality, originality, and legal safety across all custom projects, The Ghost Production enforces a clear policy on AI vocals and royalty-free samples.
This ensures that every custom service order is 100 % authentic, exclusive, and safe for commercial release.

1. AI Instrumentals Are Strictly Prohibited

Producers are not allowed to use AI-generated instrumentals, melodies, or arrangements in any form.
All instrumentals must be created manually by the producer inside a DAW using licensed plugins, samples, or recordings.

This rule guarantees that every track ordered on the platform is an original production, not AI-generated audio.

2. AI Vocals Are Allowed Only Under Strict Conditions

AI vocals can be used only if they meet all of the following requirements:

• The track’s product page or service listing clearly states that AI vocals were used.
• The AI voice is fully royalty-free and cleared for commercial release.
• The voice model does not imitate any real artist or copyrighted likeness.
• The buyer receives exclusive rights to the final rendered audio once delivered.

If a producer fails to disclose AI vocals or uses copyrighted AI voice models, the order violates platform policy and may be subject to cancellation or refund review.

3. Royalty-Free Samples Policy

Using royalty-free samples is permitted as long as:

• The sample comes from a commercially licensed sample pack or library.
• The producer has the right to use it in paid, commercial projects.
• The sample is not resold or redistributed as an isolated file.

Samples may include:

• Drums, percussion, or FX elements.
• Melodic or instrumental loops (e.g., guitar, piano, synth).
• Vocals from royalty-free packs.

Every producer is required to ensure proper licensing before including any sample in a custom project.

4. Your Rights as the Buyer

When your project includes AI vocals or royalty-free samples that meet these conditions:

• You receive full exclusive rights to the finished track.
• You can release and monetize it without any copyright issues.
• You do not owe royalties or credits to the sample or voice creators.

The only exception applies if you modify or reuse those samples outside the delivered project — in that case, you must ensure the original sample’s license allows such use.

5. Transparency and Quality Control

The Ghost Production verifies producers and randomly audits projects to ensure compliance with this policy.
If AI or samples are used in violation of the rules, the track or service may be removed, and the producer’s account may be suspended.

This strict quality control protects both buyers and producers and keeps all music on the platform 100 % safe for release.
