1. What is The Ghost Production?
The Ghost Production is a professional marketplace where DJs, artists, and labels can buy exclusive, ready-to-release tracks or order custom music services from verified producers.
Every track is sold only once, giving buyers full ownership and commercial rights.


2. Is ghost production legal?
Yes — completely.
Ghost production is a standard practice in the modern music industry.
When you buy a track, you purchase full rights to it. You become the official owner and can release, distribute, or monetize it under your name.


3. What types of products can I buy?

  • Ready-to-release tracks – finished, exclusive productions available for instant download.
  • Custom Services – personalized production services such as original tracks, remixes, mixing, mastering, or MIDI creation.

4. Are all tracks exclusive?
Yes. Each track is sold once only and is immediately removed from the marketplace after purchase.
Once you buy it, no one else can access, preview, or purchase it again.


5. What files are included after I buy a track?
Every track typically includes:

  • Mastered and unmastered versions (WAV + MP3)
  • Stems folder (individual instrument tracks)
  • MIDI files (if available)
  • Project file (if included by the producer)
  • Instrumental version (for vocal tracks)
  • Invoice
  • Rights Transfer & NDA Agreement

All contents are delivered together in a ZIP package for instant download.


6. Where can I find my invoice and rights transfer agreement?
You’ll receive both documents:

  • Attached to your order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
  • Accessible anytime under My Account → Orders → Select Order.

These documents confirm full legal ownership of the track.


7. What does “Exclusive Full Rights” mean?
It means you become the sole legal owner of the track.

  • The producer transfers all rights to you.
  • The track cannot be resold or reused.
  • You can release, edit, remix, or monetize it freely under your artist or label name.

8. Do I need to credit the producer?
No.
All purchases include a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), so you don’t have to credit or publicly name the producer.
You may voluntarily credit them only for Custom Service projects if both sides agree.


9. Can I use the track commercially?
Yes.
You can release and monetize your track on all platforms — Spotify, Beatport, Apple Music, YouTube, radio, ads, films, or games.


🔵 VOCALS, LYRICS & SAMPLES

10. Are vocals royalty-free and safe to release?
Yes.
Producers may use licensed royalty-free vocals and samples from professional sample packs, or record their own.
All tracks sold on The Ghost Production are cleared for commercial release.


11. I found another track with the same vocal — is mine still exclusive?
Yes.
Some royalty-free vocals appear in multiple songs worldwide, but your arrangement, composition, mix, and sound design are unique.
Your purchased track is fully exclusive and legally yours.


12. Are lyrics included with the track?

  • For royalty-free vocals, lyrics are not included, as those phrases come from public sample packs.
  • For exclusive recorded vocals, lyrics may be provided by the producer.
    If lyrics aren’t included, contact support — we can reach out to the producer to check availability.

13. Are AI vocals allowed?
Yes — only when the producer confirms they are copyright-safe and legally generated.
AI-generated instrumentals or full AI-composed tracks are strictly prohibited on the platform.


🟢 RELEASING, COPYRIGHT & SHAZAM

14. When can I release my track?
You can release your track anytime after purchase.
However, register it first with your distributor (e.g., DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, or your label) before uploading to SoundCloud or YouTube.
Uploading unregistered content may trigger false copyright matches.


15. Why did Shazam or YouTube identify another song with the same vocal?
Apps like Shazam detect sound similarities — not ownership.
If your track contains royalty-free vocals or loops also used by others, Shazam may link it to another title.
Your ownership remains 100 % valid and exclusive.


16. My track was flagged on YouTube or SoundCloud — what should I do?
This is usually caused by automated systems matching royalty-free samples used in other songs.

✅ Steps to resolve:

  1. Register your track under your name through your distributor.
  2. File a dispute explaining that the content uses licensed royalty-free samples.
  3. The claim will be removed once verified.

You’re fully protected by your Rights Transfer Agreement.


🟠 FILES, PROJECTS & EXTENSIONS

17. Can I request the project file if it’s not included?
Yes.
If a project file isn’t listed, you can contact support — we’ll reach out to the producer to check if it’s available or can be offered for an additional fee.


18. Can I request an extended version or small tweaks to a purchased track?
Yes.
Buyers often request small changes such as:

  • Extended or shorter versions
  • Arrangement edits
  • Slight mix or mastering adjustments

Submit a ticket under Buyers → Track Adjustment Request, and our team will contact the original producer to coordinate it.


19. What if stems, MIDI, or other files are missing?
If any files are missing, open a Delivery Issue ticket.
We’ll verify and re-upload the complete package or contact the producer to fix it immediately.


20. What if my ZIP file is corrupted or won’t download?
Try re-downloading from My Account → Orders → Select Order using another browser or network.
If it still fails, contact support — we’ll re-upload the files for you.


🔴 COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT

21. Can I contact the producer directly?
No.
For privacy and security, direct contact between buyers and producers isn’t allowed for ready-to-release tracks.

If you need adjustments, project files, or clarifications, contact support — we’ll communicate with the producer on your behalf.

For Custom Service orders, you can chat with your producer in real time through the order chat system.


22. How do I contact support?

Typical response time is 24–48 hours on business days.


⚫ REFUNDS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

23. Can I cancel or refund my purchase?
Refunds follow our Terms of Use:

  • Exclusive track purchases are final since files and rights are delivered instantly.
  • Custom Service deposits (30 %) are non-refundable once production begins.
  • Refunds are issued only for duplicate payments or technical delivery failures.

24. What if I made a duplicate purchase?
Contact support immediately under Buyers → Payment Issue with both order numbers, and we’ll process a refund for the duplicate.


25. What payment methods do you support?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.
All transactions are processed securely through encrypted gateways.

26. Can I use the track in ads, movies, or games?
Yes.
You can use purchased tracks in any commercial project — including ads, films, series, and games — with no additional licensing needed.


27. Can I modify or remix my purchased track?
Yes.
Once purchased, you can freely remix, edit, or adapt your track for extended versions, remixes, or DJ edits.


28. Will the track be removed from the website after I buy it?
Yes.
Once purchased, the track is immediately removed from the public catalog and can no longer be previewed or purchased by others.
Only you retain access to it through your account.


29. Are my purchased files stored permanently?
Yes.
Your purchases remain safely stored under My Account → Orders, available for download anytime with no expiry or limit.


30. Is there a limit on how many tracks I can buy?
No.
You can purchase as many tracks as you want. Every purchase is stored in your account and accessible anytime.

31. Can I return or exchange a track?
No.
All track purchases on The Ghost Production are final because ownership and all related rights are transferred instantly after payment.
Once you receive access to the files and legal documents, the sale cannot be reversed or exchanged for another track.

If you believe a technical issue occurred (for example, the wrong track was delivered or files were corrupted), please contact support through https://theghostproduction.com/ticket.
Our team will review your case and assist if the problem qualifies under our refund policy.
