2. How the Ordering Process Works

Step 1 – Select a Producer or Service
Browse verified producers offering custom services. Each producer lists their available services, genres, pricing tiers, delivery times, and revision options.

Step 2 – Fill Out the Creative Brief
When placing your order, you’ll describe your request, including:

  • Service type (e.g., Original Track, Remix, Mixing, etc.)
  • Genre, BPM, and key
  • Mood or reference artists
  • Any specific instructions or add-ons (vocals, stems, fast delivery)

Step 3 – Pay the Deposit
To begin, a 30 % non-refundable deposit is required.
The producer will not start working until the deposit is received.

Important: Paying the deposit does not grant you any rights to the demo or unfinished work.
Ownership transfers only after final payment.

Step 4 – Demo Stage and Revisions
Once the producer completes the demo, you’ll receive a preview through your order dashboard.
You can request revisions or feedback using the built-in chat.
All communication and file transfers must occur within the platform for security and tracking.

Step 5 – Approve and Pay the Balance
When you approve the demo, you’ll pay the remaining 70 % balance to finalize the order.
Once payment is complete, the producer will deliver all final files.

Step 6 – Final Delivery
Your completed order includes:

  • Mastered and unmastered versions (WAV + MP3)
  • Stems and MIDI (if applicable)
  • Project file (if requested)
  • Final mix or master (depending on the service type)

You now own full exclusive rights to the delivered work.

3. Cancellations and Refund Policy

  • The 30 % deposit is non-refundable once production has begun.
  • You cannot request refunds for creative preference changes after work starts.
  • Refunds may only be issued if no work has started or in rare technical issues verified by support.
  • The Ghost Production may mediate disputes between buyers and producers to ensure fairness.

Until full payment is made, the producer retains ownership of all created material, and you may not use, release, or distribute the demo.

4. Communication and Revisions

All communication must take place inside your order dashboard using the integrated chat system.
External messaging, file-sharing, or payments outside the platform are strictly prohibited.

Revisions are included according to each producer’s listing.
Once revisions are completed and the order is marked as Delivered, the project is finalized.

5. AI and Sample Policy

  • AI-generated instrumentals are strictly prohibited.
  • AI-generated vocals are allowed only if clearly disclosed on the service listing and commercially cleared.
  • Producers must provide transparent information on any sample or vocal used.

These conditions protect both the buyer’s rights and the platform’s integrity.
