What files are included in the download?
Mastered & unmastered WAV + MP3, an instrumental version, every individual stem (WAV), MIDI files for melodies/chords, and the original DAW project. Your countersigned Rights Transfer Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement are emailed separately and downloadable from your account.
Are the vocals royalty-free and cleared?
Yes. All vocals are sourced from licensed royalty-free sample packs or vetted AI vocal services. The exact source is shown on the Sources tab so you can credit and document where needed.
Do I keep the streaming and royalty income?
Yes. You collect 100% of streaming, sync, mechanical and performance royalties. Register the track with your distributor and PRO (BMI, ASCAP, GEMA, PRS, SACEM, etc.) and the payouts go straight to you.
Do I have to credit the producer?

Is the sale really exclusive — could someone else release the same track?
Yes, fully exclusive. The moment a track is sold it is permanently removed from the marketplace. The producer transfers the master and publishing rights to you and cannot resell it.
