Yes. Every track on Ghost Production is automatically scanned through ACRCloud for copyright matches and through AI-detection tools before going live, so you can release safely with no Content ID or DSP claims.

Mastered & unmastered WAV + MP3, an instrumental version, every individual stem (WAV), and MIDI files for melodies / chords. The native DAW project file is included when the producer has provided one — not every track ships with the project, but the stems and MIDI work in every DAW regardless. Your countersigned Rights Transfer Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement are emailed separately and downloadable from your account.

Yes. All vocals are either sourced from licensed royalty-free sample packs, vetted AI vocal services, or original vocals recorded specifically for the track and marked as exclusive vocal (transferred to you with the track). The exact source is shown on the Sources tab so you can credit and document where needed.

Yes. You collect 100% of streaming, sync, mechanical and performance royalties. Register the track with your distributor and PRO (BMI, ASCAP, GEMA, PRS, SACEM, etc.) and the payouts go straight to you.

No producer credit is required — you can release the track entirely as your own. If you would like to credit (or split with) the producer, reach out to us via the help center or support ticket and we will get in touch with the producer to arrange it.

Direct producer chat is unlocked the moment you place a custom service order with them (custom production, mixing, mastering, etc.). For general questions, reach out via the help center or open a support ticket and our team will relay anything to the producer.

Due to the nature of digital goods — tracks are delivered instantly and irrevocably — we do not offer refunds on a change of mind. However, if there is a genuine issue with the track (corrupted files, copyright problem, mis-described content, etc.) we will absolutely refund or replace it. Open a support ticket within 14 days and our team will sort it out.

A countersigned Rights Transfer Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement are generated and emailed to you automatically the moment payment clears. You can also re-download them any time from your account dashboard.

No problem — the WAV stems and MIDI files work in every DAW (Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, Cubase, Studio One, Reaper, Pro Tools, Bitwig, Reason). The native project file is a bonus for users with that DAW.

Yes, fully exclusive. The moment a track is sold it is permanently removed from the marketplace. The producer transfers the master and publishing rights to you and cannot resell it.
