Yes. Every track on Ghost Production is automatically scanned through ACRCloud for copyright matches and through AI-detection tools before going live, so you can release safely with no Content ID or DSP claims.

Mastered & unmastered WAV + MP3, an instrumental version, every individual stem (WAV), and MIDI files for melodies / chords. The native DAW project file is included when the producer has provided one. Not every track ships with the project, but the stems and MIDI work in every DAW regardless. Your track agreement, signed electronically by the producer and by you, is emailed when your order completes and can be downloaded from your account.

Yes. All vocals are either sourced from licensed royalty-free sample packs, vetted AI vocal services, or original vocals recorded specifically for the track and marked as exclusive vocal (transferred to you with the track). The exact source is shown on the Sources tab so you can credit and document where needed.

Yes. You collect 100% of streaming, sync, mechanical and performance royalties. Register the track with your distributor and PRO (BMI, ASCAP, GEMA, PRS, SACEM, etc.) and the payouts go straight to you.

No producer credit is required. You can release the track entirely as your own. If you would like to credit the producer or share income with them, reach out to us via the help center or a support ticket and we will get in touch with the producer. Any such arrangement needs a change to the agreement that you and the producer both confirm in writing.

Direct producer chat is unlocked the moment you place a custom service order with them (custom production, mixing, mastering, etc.). For general questions, reach out via the help center or open a support ticket and our team will relay anything to the producer.

Due to the nature of digital goods — tracks are delivered instantly and irrevocably — we do not offer refunds on a change of mind. However, if there is a genuine issue with the track (corrupted files, copyright problem, mis-described content, etc.) we will absolutely refund or replace it. Open a support ticket within 14 days and our team will sort it out.

The producer has already signed the Exclusive Track Assignment and Confidentiality Agreement for this track electronically, and you sign it at checkout. When your order completes, the PDF with both signatures and an electronic signature certificate is emailed to you, and you can download it any time from your account. It is one document: confidentiality is part of it and there is no separate NDA file. The agreement states the legal name of the producer, which you must keep confidential.

Yes. The license includes unlimited audio and video distribution — sync to ads, YouTube videos, films, games, podcasts and live performances without any extra clearance.

Absolutely. You receive every stem and the original project file, so you can re-arrange, swap vocals, add new elements, change the key, remix, or build entirely new versions.

No problem — the WAV stems and MIDI files work in every DAW (Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, Cubase, Studio One, Reaper, Pro Tools, Bitwig, Reason). The native project file is a bonus for users with that DAW.

Yes, fully exclusive. Each track is sold to one buyer only and is taken off sale the moment it is sold. The producer transfers the rights to you and may not resell or reuse the track.
