High-Quality WAV File Export your pre-master as a high-quality WAV file, preferably 24-bit. MP3 files are not accepted. 02. Leave Enough Headroom Aim for peaks around -6 dBFS to leave enough headroom for mastering. 03. Avoid Clipping and Unwanted Distortion Make sure your mix is free from unwanted digital clipping or distortion. 04. Keep Your Master Bus Clean Please disable any limiters or maximizers on your master bus unless they're an essential part of your intended sound. 05. Avoid Sudden Volume Peaks Try to keep the overall level consistent and avoid sudden volume spikes that could make mastering more difficult. 06. Don't send uptempo/frenchcore tracks!
