The Producer Dashboard is the main control panel where you manage everything related to selling on The Ghost Production.
From the dashboard you can:
• Upload and manage tracks
• Create and manage custom services
• Track your sales and earnings
• Request payouts
• Monitor analytics and performance
• Manage account settings

Dashboard
The dashboard provides a quick overview of your activity on the platform.
Here you will see:
• Your current seller level
• Progress toward the next level
• Recent activity
• Platform announcements
Seller levels determine your commission rate.
Levels are based on total value of sold tracks.
Bronze — 70%
Silver — 72%
Gold — 75%
Platinum — 78%
Diamond — 80%
As you sell more tracks, your level automatically increases.
Tracks
The Tracks section is where you manage all music listed on the marketplace.
From here you can:
• Upload new tracks
• Edit track information
• Update pricing
• Remove tracks from sale
• Check track approval status
Every track submission goes through a review process before it becomes visible to buyers.
Track review can take up to 5 business days.
Tracks must include all required files such as:
• Mastered version
• Unmastered version
• Instrumental version (if applicable)
• Stems
• MIDI files
Incomplete submissions may be rejected during review.
Services
The Services section allows you to offer custom music production services.
Examples include:
• Original tracks
• Remixes
• Co-production
• Mixing
• Mastering
• MIDI creation
When a buyer places an order, it will appear in your Services Orders area.
From there you can:
• View order requirements
• Deliver demos
• Upload final files
• Respond to revision requests
• Communicate with the buyer in the order chat
Each order includes delivery deadlines and revision tracking.
Analytics
The Analytics section provides detailed insights about how your music performs on the platform.
These analytics help you understand what buyers are looking for and which tracks perform best.
Performance Metrics
This section shows overall statistics including:
• Total track plays
• Profile visits
• Total revenue generated
• Total tracks uploaded
• Tracks sold
• Reviews received
• Wishlist adds
• Followers
These metrics help you measure the popularity of your music.
Top Performing Tracks
This section shows which of your tracks perform best based on:
• Plays
• Wishlist adds
• Buyer interest
You can filter between:
• Top tracks
• Most played tracks
• Most wishlisted tracks
This helps identify which styles and sounds buyers prefer.
Sales Insights
Sales Insights analyze your previous track sales and reveal trends such as:
• Which genres sell best
• Which tags attract buyers
• Market demand trends
These insights can help you optimize your future uploads.
Audience Countries
You can see where your listeners and buyers are located globally.
This helps you understand where your music receives the most attention.
Global Market Insights
The platform also shows overall market trends including:
• Popular genres
• Rising styles
• Buyer search trends
These insights help producers understand what genres are currently in demand.
Top Search Queries
This section displays the most popular search terms used by buyers.
Examples include:

By understanding search trends, you can optimize your track titles and tags to increase visibility.
Genre Popularity
Genre popularity shows which music styles are currently trending on the platform.
For example:
• Melodic Techno

Uploading tracks in high-demand genres may increase your chances of selling.
Trending Tags
This section shows tags that are currently popular or rising on the platform.
Examples include:
• melodic

Using relevant tags improves track discoverability.
Earnings
The Earnings section displays all revenue generated from your sales.
You can view:
• Total earnings
• Pending earnings
• Sales history
Your earnings are calculated based on your current seller level commission.
Payouts
The Payouts section allows you to request withdrawals.
From here you can:
• Request a payout
• View payout history
• Track payout status
Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 24 hours.
The Ghost Production currently supports the following payout methods:

• Payoneer
• Bank Transfer
Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your payout details are correctly configured in:
Seller Dashboard → Payouts.
Reviews
The Reviews section shows feedback left by buyers after purchasing your tracks or services.
