Communication between buyers and producers is an important part of the marketplace experience. To protect both parties and ensure secure transactions, all communication must follow the platform rules.

Producers must keep all project discussions inside The Ghost Production platform.

Communication for Custom Services

When working on Custom Service orders, producers can communicate directly with buyers through the order chat system.

The order chat allows producers and buyers to:

• Discuss project details
• Clarify requirements
• Ask questions about the project
• Share feedback during the production process

All communication related to the order should remain inside this system.

Do Not Move Communication Outside the Platform

Producers must not attempt to move communication outside the platform.

This includes sharing or requesting:

• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Social media contacts
• Messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.

Moving communication outside the platform may result in account restrictions.

Do Not Accept Payments Outside the Platform

All payments must be processed through The Ghost Production.

Producers should never ask buyers to pay:

• Directly via PayPal
• Cryptocurrency
• Bank transfers outside the platform
• Any other external payment method

Handling payments outside the platform violates marketplace rules.

Contacting Buyers for Ready-to-Release Tracks

For ready-to-release track purchases, producers do not communicate directly with buyers.

If a buyer has questions about a track, the buyer will contact platform support, and the support team will communicate with the producer if needed.

This ensures privacy and proper handling of requests.

Professional Communication

Producers should always maintain professional communication with buyers.

Good communication helps improve buyer satisfaction and increases the chances of positive reviews.
