Exclusivity Rules and Track Ownership for Sellers

Overview

All tracks sold on The Ghost Production marketplace are exclusive.

This means every track can be purchased only once, and once sold, the buyer receives full rights to the music.

Because of this model, producers must follow strict exclusivity rules when uploading tracks to the platform.

Tracks Must Be Exclusive

When you upload a track to The Ghost Production, it must not be available anywhere else.

This includes:

• Other ghost production marketplaces
• Beat stores
• Streaming platforms
• Personal websites
• Any other music marketplace

Tracks listed on The Ghost Production must remain exclusive to this platform until they are sold.

What Happens After a Track Is Sold

Once a buyer purchases your track:

• The track is automatically removed from the marketplace
• It becomes unavailable for other buyers
• The buyer receives full ownership rights

After a track is sold, you may no longer sell, distribute, or reuse the track.

This includes:

• Uploading it to other marketplaces
• Releasing it yourself
• Selling alternate versions of the same track

Do Not Reuse Sold Material

After a track is sold, you must not reuse important parts of the production in other tracks.

This includes:

• Main melodies
• Vocal hooks
• Signature sound design
• Distinct arrangements

Creating a completely new track is allowed, but reusing recognizable parts of a sold track is not allowed.

Tracks Previously Released Are Not Allowed

You may not upload tracks that have already been:

• Released on streaming platforms
• Distributed through labels
• Sold to another buyer
• Uploaded to other ghost production marketplaces

All tracks must be new and unreleased.

What If You Accidentally Uploaded a Track Elsewhere

If a track listed on The Ghost Production was accidentally uploaded elsewhere, you should remove it immediately.

If a buyer discovers the same track on another platform, this may result in:

• Order disputes
• Refund requests
• Account penalties

Always ensure your tracks remain exclusive.

Why Exclusivity Matters

Exclusivity is one of the main reasons buyers trust The Ghost Production marketplace.

Buyers expect:

• One-time sale
• Full rights ownership
• Complete exclusivity

Following exclusivity rules protects both buyers and producers.

Violating Exclusivity Rules

Uploading non-exclusive tracks or reselling sold tracks is considered a serious violation.

This may result in:

• Track removal
• Account warnings
• Permanent account suspension

Always ensure that every track you upload complies with the exclusivity policy.
