Overview

Custom Service orders follow a structured workflow to help both producers and buyers track the progress of a project.

Each order moves through several statuses from the moment it is placed until the final delivery is completed.

Understanding these statuses helps producers manage deadlines, communicate with buyers, and deliver projects on time.

Pending

This status appears immediately after the buyer places an order.

At this stage:

• The order has been successfully created
• The delivery countdown begins
• The producer should review the buyer’s requirements and begin working on the project

In Progress

This status indicates that the producer has started working on the order.

During this stage producers typically:

• Review the project details
• Begin creating the track
• Communicate with the buyer if clarification is needed

Demo Ready

This status appears once the producer uploads the demo.

The buyer will review the demo and decide whether to:

• Approve the demo
• Request revisions

Revision

If the buyer requests changes, the order moves to the Revision stage.

At this point:

• The buyer submits feedback through the revision form
• The producer reviews the requested changes
• The producer uploads an updated demo

Once a revision is requested, the producer receives a new delivery countdown based on the demo delivery time set in the service settings.

Awaiting Final Delivery

After the buyer approves the demo, the order moves to Awaiting Final Delivery.

At this stage the producer prepares the final package, which typically includes:

• Mastered version
• Unmastered version
• Stems
• MIDI files
• Project file if included

This stage is when the producer finalizes the track and prepares the full production package.

Completed

The producer uploads the final files, the order is marked as Completed.

At this stage:

• The project is finished
• The payment is finalized
• The earnings are added to the producer’s balance
