Step 2 – Verify Your Identity

Before you can start uploading tracks, you must complete identity verification.

To verify your account:

  1. Go to your Seller Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Verification.
  3. Upload the required identification documents.

Identity verification helps maintain a trusted marketplace and ensures that all producers on the platform are verified.

Once your verification is approved, you will be able to start uploading tracks and selling on the marketplace.

Step 3 – Prepare Your Tracks for Submission

All tracks must follow the platform’s submission requirements.

Each track must be uploaded as a ZIP package containing the required files.

Typical files included in a track package are:

  • Mastered version (WAV and MP3)
  • Unmastered version (WAV and MP3)
  • Instrumental version for vocal tracks
  • Stems (individual audio tracks in WAV format)
  • MIDI files if available
  • Project file if included

Tracks missing required files or containing incomplete packages may be declined during the review process.

Step 4 – Submit Your Track for Review

Once your files are ready, you can submit your track from your producer dashboard.

During submission you will provide important project information such as:

  • Track title
  • Genre
  • BPM and key
  • DAW used
  • Plugins used in the project
  • Vocal information if the track contains vocals
  • Sample sources if royalty-free samples are used

Providing accurate project information is important because buyers rely on these details when purchasing tracks.

Incorrect or misleading information may lead to refunds or account warnings.

Step 5 – Track Review Process

Every submitted track goes through a manual review process before it is published on the marketplace.

Our team checks several factors during the review, including:

  • Overall production quality
  • Mix and mastering balance
  • Originality of the track
  • Correct file structure
  • Accuracy of the project information
  • Compliance with platform rules and policies

The review process can take up to 5 business days.

If your track meets the platform standards, it will be approved and published on the marketplace.

If a track does not meet the required requirements, it may be declined with a reason explaining what needs to be fixed. After correcting the issue, you can submit the track again for review.

Platform Rules for Producers

To maintain a trusted marketplace, producers must follow several important rules.

Tracks Must Be Original

All tracks must be original productions created by the producer. Uploading stolen or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.

AI-Generated Instrumental Music Is Not Allowed

AI-generated instrumental tracks are not permitted on the platform.

AI vocals may be allowed only if they are legally generated and clearly declared.

Royalty-Free Samples Only

Producers may use licensed royalty-free samples from professional sample libraries.

Samples taken from copyrighted songs, YouTube, or other unauthorized sources are not allowed.

Tracks Are Sold Exclusively

Each track is sold only once.

After a track is purchased:

  • Ownership transfers to the buyer
  • The track is removed from the marketplace
  • The producer cannot reuse or resell the track anywhere else

Producer Earnings and Levels

Producers earn a percentage of each sale depending on their seller level.

The current profit levels are:

Bronze – 70% profit (starting level)
Silver – 72% profit (after €5,000 total sales)
Gold – 75% profit (after €10,000 total sales)
Platinum – 78% profit (after €30,000 total sales)
Diamond – 80% profit (after €50,000 total sales)

As your total sales increase, your level automatically upgrades and your profit percentage increases.

After Your Track Is Approved

Once a track passes review, it becomes visible in the marketplace.

Buyers can listen to the preview, read the track information, and purchase the track with exclusive rights.

When a track is sold:

  • The track is automatically removed from the website
  • The buyer receives the track files, invoice, and rights agreement
  • Your earnings are added to your seller balance
